Del Rosa Christian School’s SUMMER CAMP 2017

Who’s Eligible?

Children entering 1st through 8th grade in the fall, may register for Summer Camp.

Summer Camp Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00am -6:00pm
(Starts Wednesday June 14 & Ends Wednesday August 9th)

Non-Refundable Registration Fee:

$75.00 per student

$25.00 each additional students

This money includes crafts and T-shirt.  It also allows us to buy games, movies, water toys, etc….

(This fee does not include Field Trips, lunches or snacks.)

Summer Camp Rates:

Summer Camp Financial/Attendance Policy

  • Please make sure you have circled the days that your child will normally be attending. If you have a need for another day, please try to give us 24 hour notice. However, in the event of an emergency or extreme situation we will allow drop-ins.
  • You will be responsible for your Summer Camp rates and field trips for those days you have signed up for. NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
  • Field Trips scheduled on the days your child is registered to attend Summer Camp will be billed at the beginning of each month. (June’s field trips will be payable at time of registration.)
  • All children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult daily.
  • A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for late pick-ups after 6:00pm
  • All accounts are billed on Monday of each week; you will receive a statement in your child’s folder. Payments are due Wednesday. After Wednesday, a $10.00 late fee will be charged. If the account is not paid in full by Friday, your child will not be allowed to return to Camp until the full amount is paid.
  • A $30.00 fee will be charged for returned checks; one returned check will require all future payments to be made in cash only.
  • We will give you a 24 hour notice of any field trip changes.
  • Students will be allowed one week vacation with no charge. Prior notification is required.
